Any educator knows that their role is essential but is often stressful. Self-care is not a priority, however, a lack of it is detrimental to the physical, mental and emotional health of an educator.

This weekend retreat is designed specifically for those in education as a time to relax, refocus and re-energize, through discussion, reflection and contemplation.

Pregnancy is a beautiful, blessed and miraculous journey. The experience, whether the first time and or not is always wondrous. Eating the right foods and getting the right amount of rest are all important factors for the health of baby and mother.

However, continuing these practices after the birth of ones child is often a challenge. We invite you to the "Nurturing(ed)" retreat to take time to envision and help establish a self care attitude prior to the birth of your little one, so you can be the best for you, your baby and your family!
